WP Mailing Lists RSS Feeds

I subscribe to the WP Hackers mailing list, but found my email client wasn’t the greatest for reading the list. And I didn’t feel like subscribing to all the other lists just to keep up with things. So I hacked together a nice script to create RSS feeds out of the WordPress mailing lists. It updates every hour, so there’s no need to grab it every 5 minutes .

It works for all the lists by simply pointing your RSS reader to http://mattread.com/wp-lists/feed/[list-name]/. Here is a list of the lists:

• wp-forums
• wp-testers
• wp-svn
• wp-polygots
